Aseptic Rhubarb Puree, 42 lb
Aseptic Rhubarb Puree is prepared from rhubarb stalks having rich tart flavor. The product contains no preservatives and no additives.
Aseptic puree is pasteurized at 190°F or higher for a minimum 20 seconds. Puree is cooled and aseptically packaged. Pectinase enzyme and ascorbic acid were used as process aids. Aseptic puree is guaranteed to comply with FDA, Juice HACCP: 21 CFR Part 120, applicable state and local laws and regulations.
